Sanku Kumar Roy (S'15) received the B.Tech. Degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, India, in 2012. He received the Master of Science (by Research) degree in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India, in 2019. Currently, he is working as a project engineer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, since December
2018.

He has research experience in both industry and academics. Prior to joining his masters, he worked as product development and support Engineer on the embedded system and Wireless Sensor Networking at Pervcom Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, India, from 2012 to 2013. After that, he joined as Project Assistant at Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology Shibpur, India. From 2014 to 2017, he was a Junior Research Fellow at the IIT Kharagpur. His current research interests include Wireless Networking, Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks, and Wireless Body Area Networks.
